AccessAbility, Inc. is a not-for-profit, diversified training, employment and production facility. We provide training, work and recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities and economic disadvantages who have barriers to employment and community inclusion.
Our goal is self-sufficiency.
Our outcomes yield growth for all our constituencies--positive self-esteem and self-worth for the people served, increased efficiency and freedom from traditional staffing problems for businesses, choice and peace of mind for families and friends and a real return and personal satisfaction for our contributors.
Community businesses turn to us when looking for unique and flexible labor service solutions. Whether they need services performed on-site, choose to outsource or are seeking qualified workers, they find us to be a cost-effective solution to get the job done. The people we serve perform a wide variety of manufacturing, administrative and document conversion services.
Services and employment occur in a variety of industries and occupations (see Production Services and Document Conversion). We also provide access to educational, training and therapeutic opportunities including horticultural, physical, occupational and speech therapy to individuals we serve.
It is our vision that each person served by AccessAbility, Inc. will become self-sufficient through successful employment in the Twin Cities Metro Area.
