Employment Opportunities

AccessAbility offers an excellent benefits package to its full-time and part-time employees. Benefits include a Flexible Benefits Plan (Section 125 Plan) offering health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, health care and dependant care expense accounts, which can be paid for with Flex Dollars. Additionally, we offer short-term disability, cancer response insurance, a retirement plan (403b), six sick days per year, paid vacation and holidays. A benefit that is unique to AccessAbility is the quarterly attendance award, which recognizes employees for "perfect attendance." Employees who qualify for the award can choose a day's pay, two additional vacation days, or three additional sick days. Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer opportunities are always available with our Accessing Community Experience, Everyday Life Experiences and Friends Together programs. These programs serve people with developmental disabilities who are either unable to participate in a traditional vocational program or simply interested in community activities, group interaction, and social enjoyment.

Volunteer opportunities are also available for groups of less than 12 people. These opportunities may include general building maintenance such as painting hallways and offices, or assisting our consumers on an outing to the State Fair. If you have a group interested in volunteering, call the Director of Human Resources at 612-331-5958.
