Accessing Community Experiences
Implemented in 1995, Accessing Community Experiences (ACE) was specifically designed to meet the needs of adults with developmental disabilities who due to age, medical fragility, or cognitive ability, may not benefit from a traditional vocational program.
Program participants and staff plan weekly activities with community inclusion as the focus. Program options provide consumer choice and range from leisure and recreational activities to paid work. Nursing and Personal Care services are also available.
