Extended Employment
The Extended Employment program provides supported and center-based employment to people with severe mental health and/or physical disabilities. Long-term training and support is provided to people working at individual work sites in the community, in work teams supervised by AccessAbility, Inc. staff, and in our on-site production facility. Vocational evaluations are provided through the Work Experience and Work Adjustment service options, as well as, job development, job coaching and follow-up services. Case managers provide follow-up and assistance to participants for as long as necessary. The intensity and frequency of support changes according to the specific needs of each individual.
