Programs & Services
The diverse needs of people with barriers to employment and community inclusion are served through three main programs at AccessAbility, Inc.: Day Training and Habilitation, Welfare to Work, and Extended Employment.
Program Goal: To provide access to work and the community for people with developmental disabilities so that they may have the same choice in vocational, social and recreational opportunities as the general population.
Program goal: To provide training and the opportunity to secure and maintain competitive employment in the community. This program serves economically disadvantaged adults who are receiving time-limited government assistance through the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP).
Program Goal: To increase vocational potential, personal adjustment, stress management and financial independence through the provision of work opportunities, training and counseling for people with mental health and/or physical disabilities.
