Opportunities are provided through supervised work teams in a variety of employment settings throughout the Twin Cities area. Person centered planning principles are utilized to develop an individual Employment Support Plan that includes employment goals to assist the person in gaining work skills and behaviors to allow them to transition into a supported employment position.
Contracts with employers for work teams are developed in a variety of employment settings for short-term project work and long-term opportunities. AccessAbility provides an on-site supervisor for each work team who is responsible for supervision, support and training to ensure individual success on the job.
