The diverse needs of people with barriers to employment and community inclusion are served through three main programs at AccessAbility, Inc.: Day Training and Habilitation, Project Connect, and Extended Employment.
We provide people who live with developmental/intellectual disabilities and related conditions, with access to work and community inclusion. The DTH program offers a continuum of services to meet the needs, interests, and preferences of program participants throughout their life.
This after hours program offers a wide variety of social opportunities. Those who are interested gather after work with family and friends for dances, meals, games, Special Olympics Bocce Ball and Bowling Tournaments and much, much more!
We provide training and opportunities
to secure and maintain competitive employment in the community. This transitional employment program serves a diverse community of people with barriers to employment and community inclusion.
Services are provided to support adults with criminal backgrounds who are reentering the community. Individuals work with staff to design and implement their case plan to ensure they are successful and empowered to achieve their goals.
We increase vocational potential, personal adjustment, stress management skills and financial independence by providing work opportunities, training and counseling for people who live with mental health and/or physical disabilities.
People in the Community Employment Program work in jobs either independently or in work teams based on their unique skills, interests and abilities. Job placements are made based on interests, skills, dreams, desires, and abilities. Contact us with questions about any or our programs
