Mike holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Chapman University and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Professional Accounting from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Mike has achieved a wide array of leadership knowledge and experience in a number of leadership roles over the past 35 years in several industries including the military, transportation, professional services and manufacturing. Mike also has many years of service in non-profit board roles and running a non-profit foundation. He joined AccessAbility in May 2013 as CFO/COO, and became President/CEO in March 2017.




     Samantha is an experienced professional driven by hard work. She graduated from St. Cloud State University in less than 3 years with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management concentrating in Operations. She has since earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Mary’s University and will be sitting for the Uniform Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Examination. Driven by her passion, Samantha takes pride in serving her community. Her experience in Accounting, Information Technology, and Management has been a valued contribution to the leadership team.




After serving two years on the AccessAbility Board of Directors, AnneMarie joined staff in 2019 as Chief Innovation Officer and has since assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer. She has a degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Concordia University St. Paul, along with 28 years of experience in management and leadership positions across industries, including retail, management consulting, IT/software consulting, and medical device. She has held seats on non-profit boards since 2005, and runs a non-profit foundation supporting the needs of underserved youth and families.



Sr. Director of People Practices

Jacki is responsible for Human Resources, AAI Programs and growing collaborative partnerships with employers, educators, non-profits, government agencies and community-based resource providers. Jacki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education and minor in coaching, and she has 30 years of experience with AAI delivering oversight to disability and reentry programs. Jacki is on the leadership team and reports to the AccessAbility, Inc. President/CEO
