Adding these technologies to our program is about more than expanding what we can offer our customers. It also gives program participants the chance to learn how to use new equipment and gain hands-on experience in areas such as production, printing, order preparation, and quality control while earning a paycheck. These skills can help participants build their resumes, gain confidence, and prepare for better-paying jobs in the community.
