Community Inclusion
Day Support Services:
Day Services provides life enrichment and community inclusion opportunities for adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Designed for individuals who may not benefit from traditional vocational programs, Day Services promotes social connection, personal growth, and active participation in the community. Learn More

Vital Living supports older adults by providing a variety of well-being programs and caregiver services in-person and online. Programming includes evidenced-based fall prevention and disease self-management classes, educational programming to support social, emotional, and mental health, volunteer opportunities to increase community involvement, and caregiver services for people caring for an older adult with dementia or other chronic health conditions. Employment & Career Support
Pre-Vocational Training:
AccessAbility offers production services to the business community that provide paid work and on-the-job training opportunities for program participants. Community employment opportunities are provided through community based work crews throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Learn More
Extended Employment:
Extended Employment helps individuals find and maintain competitive, community-based jobs that align with their skills and interests. Ongoing follow-up services are provided after training to promote independence, with case managers offering continued support based on each person’s needs and preferences. Learn More
Project Connect:
This program offers immediate paid work opportunities to build job skills and work history in just 30 days for individuals seeking greater stability, who face significant barriers to employment, such as limited work history, unemployment, or underemployment. Learn More

Food Assistance
Food Programs:
The Food Programs at East Side Neighborhood Services secure food support for those who may have difficulty accessing traditional food shelves or grocery stores. These programs serve over 7,000 Hennepin County households, providing fresh, nutritious food as well as referrals to other resources. Learn More

Menlo Park Academy:
Menlo Park is a contract alternative high school with the Minneapolis Public School District serving Junior and Senior level high school students who are behind in credits.
