AccessAbility offers production services to the business community that provide paid work and on-the-job training opportunities for program participants. Additionally, we employ program participants in our own in-house gifts manufacturing business which provides home and gift products to wholesale and retail customers.
Program participants have the opportunity to earn income through work in assembly, packaging, and mailing services. Programming and training services center around learning appropriate vocational skills which include acceptance of supervision, staying on task, punctuality, interpersonal skills, and adherence to safety rules.
Community employment opportunities are provided through community based work crews throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Crew members are provided ongoing training and support services by an on-site supervisor.
